Initial Tech Help Session (First Hour): £30
For your first dedicated session, we’ll spend an hour understanding your needs, tackling immediate challenges, and making a plan for what you want to learn.
Flexible Guidance & Learning Sessions: £35
For ongoing one-to-one tutoring, troubleshooting, or learning new skills. Billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour. We take detailed notes for you so you can focus on learning.
Flexible Tech Empowerment Blocks (Save on Hourly Rate)
5-Hour Block: £165 (Effectively £33 per hour or £10-off)
10-Hour Block: £300 (Effectively £30 per hour or £50-off)
Description: Perfect if you anticipate needing a few sessions to build your confidence or master specific skills. Pre-paid hours offer a saving and can be used flexibly over the year. Tech help when you need it, with priority booking. Includes a dedicated tutoring log with detailed breakdown of everything we covered together, including step by step instructions, for your future reference. Can be shared between neighbours, friends or partners in the local area.

Mike settled in Hebden Bridge six years ago, drawn by the community spirit that makes our valley special. His background in music technology and experience teaching the visually impaired students accessible technologies, shaped his patient, step-by-step approach.
Joe combines his Welsh warmth with years of experience in care work, bringing a uniquely patient and understanding approach to tech support. His background in supporting others makes him especially skilled at helping those who feel anxious about technology.
